"I have been going to Bernie's for a while. He takes time to explain things and offers suggestions such as "we can clean this part instead of replacing it". I have a bad leg injury and have a cane and he knows I would have to walk home, but he offered to give me a ride anyway so that I can relax at home while they took care of my car. That's some good service."
